THE MANY FACES OF HOMLESSNESS
A Serious Problem All Over America
Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future
People living on the streets came to listen to the Word of GOD, to receive clothing and a hot meal.
A very sick Homeless man was sleeping on the streets in Midtown Houston. We Prayed for him, gave him food and water. An ambulance was called and he was taken to the hospital and received care.
Through donations our Ministry provided clothing for many people living on the streets and those that have fallen on hard times .
A Homeless Man with extraordinary talent who has the gift of being able to draw anything he laid his eyes on. He had fallen on hard times and came to our Ministry for Prayer. Fish&BreadPrayerMinistry is trying to find a place for his talent.
Isaiah 41:10
So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
A Homeless camp in Houston, Texas where people are allowed to live without rules and regulations. Many of the people who live there come to our Ministry to hear the Word Of GOD , get clothing, toiletries a hot meal and referrals for shelter and medical direction.
Homeless Love

My wife and I were at the post office one Saturday morning. I was sitting in my truck waiting on her to come out. There was a homeless man sitting on the pavement by the door. A GOD sent man stopped to Bless the man with some money. I was so touched, that I ask the man if I could take a picture of him and the homeless man together, he said yes.
When I finish taking that picture another man stopped to Bless the homeless man with some money and shoes. So I ask that guy could I take a picture of him also, with the other man and the homeless man, to put on our Homeless Ministry website, everyone agreed.
What I witnessed that day was GOD using ordinary people to help a homeless man in need, he was shoe less, he was in pain, he needed help.
GOD SENT HIM TWO ANGELS THAT DAY.
I was elated to witness such love and kindness from Mr Robert Sanchez and Mr. Charles Willis, What A Great GOD we serve.
I know some people think they have never seen GOD,
Well look at these two men, that’s what GOD looks like.

Receives the Lonal Robinson Volunteer of the Year Award
The Friends of Emancipation Park honor community volunteers who meet the following criteria; service to the Third Ward Community that has shown impact for at least 24 months. Service rendered must be documented or witnessed by at least 3 members or organizations. This award is for those who reflect personal service and not monetary contributions. On Tuesday, April 25, 2017 Fish&BreadPrayerMinistry received the Lonal Robinson Volunteer of the Year Award from the Friends of Emancipation Park's Board President Ms. Doris Ellis-Robinson and Ms. Cleo Stewart Program Chair and Board Member.
