Marraige and The Word of GOD
Marriage is important because: it's a gift from God; it's part of God's plan for creation that men and women should live together. it provides a relationship through which husband and wife support each other; this relationship is built on love and faithfulness. It is very import that we follow the word of GOD regarding marriage. The first part of understanding marriage is the Scripture that references Christ
Ephesians 5:25: “For husbands, this means love your wives, just as Christ loved the church. He gave up his life for her." Genesis 2:24: “Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh." ... He who loves his wife loves himself.
"Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral." Hebrews 13:4
